暢通勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)務工(gong)(gong)轉(zhuan)為(wei)正(zheng)式勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)合(he)同制職工(gong)(gong)通道。自三月份開始(shi),公司對在職勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)務工(gong)(gong)考核(he)測評,按(an)在冊勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)務工(gong)(gong)30%的(de)比(bi)例,將(jiang)技能、業績、評價優(you)秀的(de)派遣(qian)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)務工(gong)(gong)轉(zhuan)為(wei)正(zheng)式勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)合(he)同制職工(gong)(gong),并建立長(chang)效(xiao)機制。
暢通招(zhao)收(shou)新(xin)學(xue)員(yuan)重(zhong)獎通道。鼓勵在(zai)職(zhi)員(yuan)工積極(ji)招(zhao)收(shou)新(xin)學(xue)員(yuan),給予(yu)重(zhong)獎。凡(fan)在(zai)職(zhi)員(yuan)工每招(zhao)收(shou)一名工作三個(ge)月以上的新(xin)學(xue)員(yuan),車間(jian)給予(yu)獎勵400元。

創先爭(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)優活動(dong)與生(sheng)產經營互融共(gong)促。為(wei)充分發(fa)揮黨(dang)(dang)支部(bu)(bu)戰斗堡壘作用和黨(dang)(dang)員(yuan)先鋒模范作用,帶動(dong)全體職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)投入企業生(sheng)產中,公司黨(dang)(dang)委(wei)要求各黨(dang)(dang)支部(bu)(bu)、黨(dang)(dang)小(xiao)組(zu)、黨(dang)(dang)員(yuan)結合生(sheng)產經營現狀調(diao)整承諾書內容,樹立(li)先鋒崗,并暢通(tong)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)訴(su)求通(tong)道,進一(yi)(yi)步公開郵(you)箱(xiang)(xiang)、信(xin)箱(xiang)(xiang),鼓勵(li)黨(dang)(dang)員(yuan)提合理化(hua)建議(yi)、鼓勵(li)黨(dang)(dang)員(yuan)小(xiao)改(gai)小(xiao)革等。在黨(dang)(dang)委(wei)的統一(yi)(yi)部(bu)(bu)署下(xia),工(gong)會強(qiang)化(hua)“四個(ge)一(yi)(yi)流(liu)(liu)”職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)隊伍(wu)(wu)建設(she),下(xia)發(fa)了《關于(yu)開展(zhan)“加強(qiang)四項建設(she),爭(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)創四個(ge)一(yi)(yi)流(liu)(liu)”職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)隊伍(wu)(wu)建設(she)的實施方(fang)案》,組(zu)織(zhi)了 “爭(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)當崗位標兵(bing)”勞(lao)動(dong)競賽、“我為(wei)公司發(fa)展(zhan)獻(xian)策出(chu)力(li)”職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)合理化(hua)建議(yi)、勞(lao)動(dong)技能大賽等,充分發(fa)揮了黨(dang)(dang)建領航發(fa)展(zhan),保障(zhang)生(sheng)產的作用。
